Use this information to request reservations in the Kehr Union Building and Monty's.
Request Considerations
Requests for KUB and Monty's rooms and equipment must be submitted by using this website.
Reservation requests require application for and approval of an account. Account applications must be approved by the KUB Scheduling Coordinator prior to use.
Requests for rooms, services and/or equipment must be made within 72 (work week, M-F) hours of your event. Same-day requests for services and/or equipment are not available via web-enabled requests, and are not accepted.
